About

Giacomo Bonanno is professor of economics at the University of California, Davis. He has served as editor of Economics and Philosophy and is currently an editorial board member. He also serves on the editorial board of Synthese and is the corner editor for logic and games of the Journal of Logic and Computation. He is an organizer of the interdisciplinary LOFT conferences (13 editions as of 2018). He previously was associate editor of the Bulletin of Economic Research and Knowledge, Rationality and Action and was an advisory board member of Texts in Logic and Games.

Research Focus

Professor Bonanno’s research interests include game theory, industrial organization and modal (epistemic, temporal) logic.

Teaching

Professor Bonanno teaches undergraduate courses in Game Theory, Economics of Uncertainty and Information, Decision Making and Industrial Organization. He teaches graduate level courses in Microeconomic Theory, Industrial Organization and Game Theory.
