Following the campus guidelines for Coronavirus all UC Davis classes, lectures, seminars, labs and discussion sections will move to virtual instruction and remain virtual through the end of Summer Session 2021, including final exams. UC Davis Econ Hosts 2019 California Econometrics Conference

The 2019 California Econometrics Conference was hosted by U.C. Davis on October 25-26, with organizing committee Shu Shen and Takuya Ura (Economics) and Dalia Ghanem and Bulat Gafarov (Agricultural and Resource Economics). The sixty participants, mostly from California and nearby states, enjoyed 25 paper presentations and six poster presentations. Topics covered included machine learning, network analysis and methods for causal inference. Speakers included keynote speaker Francesca Molinari (Cornell) and Nobel Laureate Daniel McFadden.
