Gabriel Tourek

Gabriel is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of California, Davis, Department of Economics. He is also a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) and an affiliate of the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), and Evidence in Governance in Politics (EGAP). He received his PhD from Harvard University and was a Post-Doctoral Associate with the J-PAL Digital Identification and Finance Initiative. He has also worked at Innovations for Poverty Action, Evidence for Policy Design, and the World Bank.
