Following the campus guidelines for Coronavirus all UC Davis classes, lectures, seminars, labs and discussion sections will move to virtual instruction and remain virtual through the end of Summer Session 2021, including final exams. @UCDavisEcon alum Selva Demiralp quoted in NYT on urgency of global vaccines

@UCDavisEcon alum Selva Demiralp and coauthors explained their research for the Center for Economic Policy Research to the New York Times on why "If Poor Countries Go Unvaccinated, Rich Ones Will Pay."

The work has had immense impact. The New Yorker covered the paper in an article on "Why Rich Countries Should Subsidize Vaccination Around the World," as did a variety of media outlets, including UCD's own California Aggie and the BBC.
