Marianne Page's research on Medicaid featured in the Wall Street Journal

The research of Marianne Page, along with co-authors (one a former UC Davis PhD graduate) has been featured in the Wall Street Journal. The research shows that early exposure to Medicaid benefits not only the direct recipients of Medicaid funds but also subsequent offspring, suggesting that standard measures of the returns to Medicaid may be underestimated.
