Position Title
PhD Candidate - Applied Micro, Energy & Environmental Economics

Bio
  • I am a PhD candidate in the Economics Department at the University of California, Davis studying applied microeconomics, energy/environmental economics, and industrial organization. I will be on the Job Market in the Winter of 23/24.
  • My job market paper explores how price regulation in the face of escalating costs due to climate change can lead to an unraveling of natural disaster insurance markets as firms exit the market. I present an empirical exercise studying a forced-supply regulation in California's homeowner's insurance market.
