Covid-19

Following the campus guidelines for Coronavirus all UC Davis classes, lectures, seminars, labs and discussion sections will move to virtual instruction and remain virtual through the end of Summer Session 2021, including final exams. Given this, the department’s administrative functions have moved to remote work conditions. To contact staff members of the department via e-mail or phone, please go to our administrative staff contact page.  We anticipate a return to campus for Fall 2021.

Updated transcript after deadline

If I already submitted my transcripts to meet the December 15 deadline, but later receive fall quarter or semester grades, can I submit an updated transcript?


Yes, but you would first need to contact the Graduate Program Coordinator at to inform her that you have an updated transcript with fall grades available and ready to submit.  She would then need to "reject" the earlier transcript you submitted before the system would allow you to submit your updated transcript.
